Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

Knowledge required:

Windows, MAC, DOS, Linux, PDA, Hardware, Device drivers, Networking software, Networking hardware, Networking security , Intranet, Internet, Servers, Applications - desktop, Applications  enterprise, Security software, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Presentation software, Office Suites, Mail server software, Communication software , Business diagramming software.

Experience Required:

5+Years Experience in Install/Configure of SBS, Standard /Enterprise Server, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, Terminal Servers (RDS), Virtualization of Servers /Desktop, VMware. Linux, Citrix, Server clustering & Firewalls
